Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology（RECAST）is established on the purpose of enhancing academic exchanging and cooperative researches for National Central University (NCU). On the other hand, this institution is built to act in concert with country’s technology development policy simultaneously, and also to achieve the goal of combining researching resources effectively, promoting studies related to secure science and technology, cultivating professionals and upgrade the level of researching projects. RECAST was born under school’s structure adjustment, and last but not the least, on February 1st, 2012, ministry of education authorized the establishment.
